Life still works.
You are still reliable.
You still deliver.
But thinking continues long after the day ends.
Rest does not fully restore.
Responsibility lingers, even when the day is over.
Something about how you are moving through life feels harder than it should.
Most people live like this for a long time.
Nothing looks wrong.
So it goes unnoticed.
Until it does not.
Life in the In Between.
The Happy&® briefings are short audio reflections that help you see something you may have already been noticing but have not quite stopped to look at directly.
Each one is under 5 minutes.
You listen privately in your own time.
There is no sequence.

30 days to come back to what stands out.
First release £79.
This is not therapy. You are not being asked to work through anything.
This is not about processing or revisiting the past.
This is not performance coaching or self improvement. Nothing here is asking you to be better or do more.
This is not motivational content. You will not be pushed or encouraged to change.
There is no system to follow. Nothing to keep up with.
You do not need to explain yourself or share anything with anyone.

-
When thinking continues long after the day ends.
When responsibility never fully switches off.
When urgency creates pressure but nothing really moves.
When decisions are made but never quite settle.
When being needed becomes the default.
When rest stops restoring you.
When something feels off, even though life still works.
When self control becomes the way you cope.
When your standards become too harsh.
When you can no longer clearly hear what you want.
-
You do not need more advice.
You need a moment to notice what has become automatic.
Each briefing isolates one pattern and describes it in a way that feels immediately familiar, without judgement.
That shift creates space.
From there, you can respond with more awareness, rather than moving through it on autopilot.
This is not about fixing. It is about seeing more clearly what has been shaping your experience.
Change may not happen all at once, or in a way that draws attention. It is in ways you start to notice in your day.
Thoughts do not run away with themselves. If they do, you recognise it sooner rather than getting pulled into overthinking.
Decisions feel less like something you have to revisit repeatedly. You make them, and they tend to settle.
Rest begins to do what it is meant to do. It is no longer just a gap between one demand and the next.
You start to see patterns as they are happening, not hours later when you are trying to make sense of why you feel the way you do.
The pressure you have been carrying softens, even if the shape of your life stays exactly the same.
What you want becomes easier to hear beneath everything else that has been fighting for your attention.
Nothing here is asking you to change who you are or do more than you already do. It simply brings into view what has been shaping your experience, while you still have the space to respond to it.
That is usually where something begins to shift. For some, this is enough. For others, it is the point where they realise they do not want to hold it on their own anymore.
People tend listen to one briefing at a time. Often on a walk. In the car. At the end of the day when things have finally gone quiet.
Sometimes you will pause halfway through. Not because it is complicated but something feels uncomfortably familiar.
That moment matters. Not because anything is wrong, but because something has finally been named.

I created Happy&® because I recognised this space in my own life.
Everything worked. I was capable. I was relied on.
But how I showed up did not match how I felt inside. Something was heavier than it should be.
There was very little that spoke to that experience without turning it into something to fix or improve. Nothing acknowledged the gap between coping and crisis. So I built something that does.
I am Anna, a positive psychologist MSc and EMCC accredited coach practitioner with a background in national health policy and consulting.
My work focuses on what happens before anything breaks, when life still works, but something underneath is asking to be noticed.
Happy&® exists for those living in the In Between.
The briefings are short private audio reflections. There is no live element, no requirement to share personal details, and no expectation that you do anything with what you notice. They are designed to help you recognise patterns clearly and privately.
No. In fact, these briefings are for people who are still functioning well, but have started to notice that something feels harder, heavier, or less settled than it should.
You get access to 10 short audio reflections inside a private portal for 30 days. Each one explores a common pattern that many capable people quietly normalise. The briefings draw on established Positive Psychology research and behavioural science.
Each briefing is short, usually under five minutes. You can listen whenever it suits you. They are designed to interrupt a pattern quickly, not take over your day.
The focus is on awareness, self perception, and early intervention.
This is not the right fit if you are looking for therapy, crisis support, deep trauma work, or a structured coaching programme with personalised guidance.
The briefings are designed as a private starting point. If you want deeper support after listening, you can book a private one off session with me from within the platform.
